x2 Part time Branch Customer Advisor (23 Hours)

Our client is looking to recruit a part time member of the team on a permanent contract. The vacancy is for a Branch Customer Advisor who will be based at their Chesterfield Branch.
 
Hours of work- 23 hours per week
 
Working Pattern- Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday: 9:15am – 1:45pm / Wednesday: 8:45am – 1:45pm (23 hours per week) + 1-2 Saturdays per month: 8:15am – 12:15pm
 
Starting Salary- £15,117.44 per annum (rising to £15,835.04 after 6-month probation)
 
You must have a valid UK driving licence and your own vehicle. 
 
The purpose of this role is to deliver outstanding service over the counter, over the telephone and whilst processing and administering customer queries. Action customer administration activities efficiently and effectively, with great attention to detail completing all tasks to a high-quality standard. Complement the existing team by taking ownership for your development, bringing a positive can-do attitude and supporting other branches as needed. 
 
To be considered for this role, you must have at least 2 years in a similar customer facing role with a passion for delivering high customer service. You will also have strong communication skills and excellent attention to detail.
