Warehouse Technician

We have a fantastic opportunity for a Warehouse Operative to join a thriving, friendly team in Newark for a very-well established client.
My client are ideally looking for someone who is just starting their career and is wanting to grow within the company. If you are a college leaver or have a small amount of warehouse experience with an interest in electrical components then this might be the role for you.
This is a relatively small team, we are looking for someone who can work well under pressure and has the ability to prioritise multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
The role is based on-site and the typical hours of work are Monday to Friday 09:00 –17:30.
Key duties:
• Load and unload vehicles pre and post deliveries
• Collect and return items when required from suppliers – full UK driving licence required
• Keep the warehouse clean and tidy, maintaining appropriate H&S standards
• Be responsible for ensuring the correct paper work is obtained when receiving goods in and dispatching goods out
Role Requirements:

• Good communication skills both written and verbal
• Ability to work as part of a team
• Willingness to learn and develop
• Basic experience in fault finding and repairs
• Problem solving skills
• Basic understanding of Microsoft Office
