My client is looking for a general Administrator on the outskirts of Lincoln.
This role will be full time based in the office, Monday to Friday standard office hours on a temporary basis.
IMPORTANT NOTICE:
Please note due to the peak period at our client’s company, no week long holidays will be permitted during the contract duration. If you have a pre-booked holiday (apart from odd days), please do not apply as you will not be considered for this position, however you will earn holiday pay during your contract which can be requested at any time.
Duties:
-Taking and making phone calls to customers
-General admin duties
-Filing paperwork
-Liasing with the transport coordinator
-Assisting with route planning
Requirements:
-Excellent phone etiquette
-Administration experience
-Transport experience
-Team player
-Competent under pressure
