We are recruiting for a Senior Chef with experience as either a Head Chef, Sous Chef or Deputy, to join our client in Lincoln on a temporary basis for sickness cover. If you are looking for nice, manageable hours of work then this may be of interest to you – no 15hr shifts here!
Starting either 5th or 6th June and working until approx 15th June.
The company in question are by no means a fine dining establishment but one that would rather offer accessible, relevant cuisines to a wide audience.
The establishment has a Bar Menu comprising of pub-style food (soups, sandwiches, burgers, fish & chips etc) along with a dining menu comprising of pizza, pasta and desserts served to up to 40 covers.
They also run a schedule of events with between 100-150 guests for banqueting and evening buffet.
Hours of work would either be a 12:00pm start or 1:30pm start until around 9:30pm. Prep time is generally split equally across the Chefs and is worked into the schedule.
Pay rate £17.00 per hour on a PAYE basis, paid weekly. Free on-site parking available.
