We are recruiting a Temporary Customer Service Assistant to join our client in Lincoln on a short-term Temporary basis, from Friday 19th June until Friday 26th June.
Day-to-day, you will be taking inbound telephone calls and making outbound calls to customers to keep them updated on their order status, speaking to internal colleagues to co-ordinate deliveries and updates, and responding to any order queries as required.
You’ll be ideal for this role if you have good customer service or administration / office experience and a friendly, supportive telephone manner.
Rate of pay £12.71 per hour.
Working hours 9:00am – 5:00pm, 30 minutes’ lunch break.
