My client based in Lincoln has an exciting opportunity to join their team as an Experienced Temporary Administrator. Based just outside of Lincoln City Centre, the client is looking for an individual who is a driven team player who has excellent customer service skills and has a strong sense of self-motivation. This position requires strong time management skills and the ability to multi-task are key aspects in successful candidates.
The successful candidate must also have good communication skills both verbally and written and have strong IT skills using Microsoft Office and CRM packages. This role is an on going temporary position with the view to go permanent for the right individual.
Shift Pattern is Monday to Friday 09:00 – 17:00 with a 30 minute unpaid lunch break.
Requirements for the position:
• Previous administration experience (essential) – telephone etiquette, email proficiency, strong knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• An eye for detail.
• The ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
• Strong organisational skills.
• Ability to work as part of a team.
