We are recruiting for an experienced Administrator for a local company in Newark. This is a temporary assignment to start 6th January 2025 for 3 months.
This is a small but very busy office and the administrator will be providing support in the office to directors, service coordinator and accounts team.
Working schedule is Monday to Friday – 08.30 – 16.30 with half hour lunch.
Hourly rate £12 per hour
Duties will include but not limited to
-Answering incoming calls
-Logging new call outs on system software
-Processing incoming parts
-Dealing with e-mail and general admin duties
-Processing quotes, sending and receiving authorised
-Adding to spread sheets
You will need to have good attention to detail and good organisation skills when performing tasks. The ideal candidate must be able to work to deadlines and should be familiar with using Excel, Word and Outlook but training will be given on the in house system.
