We are recruiting for a temporary Administrator for our client based in Bingham, the role will be required for 6-8 weeks.
Immediate start. £13ph
Standard office hours, Monday to Friday.
As its covering for another member of staff being off we can't accommodate any holidays within this time period unless its an odd day.
Previous experience in general administration required and duties likely to be –
* Answering phones and diverting calls
* Dealing with reception, visitors, deliveries
* Data Entry both of general administration and basic accounts information
* Printing invoices
* General administration
Working within a small but extremely busy office we need someone who can fit straight in and be used to helping out with different administration tasks.
You will need to have –
