We are recruiting for an Temporary Administrator for a company based just outside of Melton Mowbray.
Due to the location of the office, you must drive and have your own transport.
Working hours are Monday to Friday 9-5 with 45mins lunch. Pay rate £13.50.
This role will involve providing direct administration support to the Project Management team.
Duties:
Input project information to the internal system.
Create the site build packs and H&S documents.
Log site information onto internal trackers and portals.
Raise purchase orders using internal systems, following accounts process.
Book hotels, parking and any other site requirements.
This is a varied role and will require someone to have strong communication and organisational skills, be adaptable and capable, someone who has excellent IT skills and someone who thrives in a busy environment.
