Location: Remote, working from home (with first-day induction in Lincoln)
Hours: Full-time, 37.5 hours/week (Monday to Friday, flexible working possible)
Salary: £24,375 per annum + commission (realistic OTE ~£35,000)

This is a fantastic business selling to a specific client base a really interesting service solution,  Yes, you’ll be making lots of outgoing calls and many are cold but the service and company is well known and needed by the call recipients.
So now, we’re looking for a Telesales Executive to join the team and help us spread the word.

Cold calling (we know, but someone’s got to do it—and you’re great at it)
Winning over the person at the end of the phone
Turning one sale into many through savvy follow-ups
Hitting and exceeding your sales targets like the legend you are
Managing the sale cycle like a pro, not a robot
Working with the awesome team across departments
This isn’t about hard selling. It’s about smart selling—and knowing how to build trust, ask the right questions, and show people why you’re the best.

You have experience in telesales, cold calling or sales

You don’t crack under pressure—you actually get sharper
