We are recruiting for an established company based on the outskirts of Newark for a new permanent role they have added to support 2 busy departments.
This role will provide the link between the sales department and the operations department in an administration capacity.
The role is permanent, full time office based with a salary between £25-£30k depending on experience. Hours Monday–Thursday 8:30am–5:00pm, Friday 8:30am–4:00pm.
You will be joining a fast paced company who are growing year on year.
In the role of Sales & Operations Administrator you will ensure that client communications, reporting, follow-ups and CRM updates are handled accurately and efficiently. You’ll be comfortable working with data, systems and processes — while also confidently communicating with clients and internal teams.
Day to day duties -
* Conducting onboarding calls for new accounts (verifying key contacts and details)
* Supporting sales admin team in generating site reports and quotes for the Regional Account Managers (RAM’s)
* Following up with brand-new sites visited by RAMs (calls/emails with brochure information)
* Updating and maintaining HubSpot CRM accurately
* Logging any issues raised onto a tracking spreadsheet and distributing to relevant team members
Personal attributes / skills required -
* Driving licence and own transport
* Highly organised with strong attention to detail
* Data literate and confident working with systems, Microsoft Office/Excel, CRM systems
* Confident communicating via phone and email
* Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
