We are recruiting for a Sales Administrator for a role in the Bingham area on a permanent basis.
Joining an established team, working Monday to Friday 8-5 with a one hour lunch break.
We are looking for someone who enjoys working in a small team, someone who is confident on the phone and has good IT skills. Please note that much of this work will be computer based putting detailed orders on the system and arranging deliveries many of which will involve export and therefore detailed export documentation so is much more administrative work than customer contact.
Salary £27/28k. Depending on experience
Job DescriptionMain Duties
• Managing and processing all sales orders and invoices received.
• Maintain communication with relevant departments to ensure orders meet requirements.
• Managing carriers/shippers to obtain maximum potential in relation to cost. Obtain quotes and make bookings.
• Emailing invoices and other required documents to customers on receipt of despatch in line with payment terms.
• Scanning and filing of sales documentation.
• Ensuring customs records, orders and invoices are logged and maintained.
• Monitoring of emails, proceeding with or responding to requests efficiently and effectively to always ensure a high level of customer service.
• Review and complete all carrier/shipping invoices.
• Contributing ideas to improve procedures and ensure a high level of efficiency at all stages.
• Run month end reports for finance/packing.
