Reception

We have the pleasure in confirming a permanent, full time role for an experienced Receptionist to join our client based in Newark.
You will be joining a professional, established business and as the first point of contact we are looking for a warm & friendly personality who understands the importance of making a first impression to visitors.
The role is Monday to Friday 8am-4.30pm, 30 mins for lunch.
Salary of £27k
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
– Politely handle queries raised by visitors.
– Answer and distribute incoming phone calls through the switchboard and direct to the relevant employees.
– Ensure visitors are inducted into the building with regards to health & safety, Issuing visitor badges and controlling the visitor book.
– Book employee flights and accommodation
– Opening and distributing incoming post and the undertaking outgoing post.
– Maintaining and ordering stationery supplies and issuing to employees.
– Maintain the reception area in a clean and orderly fashion and ensure that the reception desk is not left unattended at any time.
– Assisting with meeting room bookings & booking lunches for company meetings as appropriate
– Maintain absence reporting.
