We are recruiting for an experienced Permanent Purchase Ledger Assistant for a company based within the Newark area.
You will be joining an established finance team and a very successful business that can offer stability and chances of development.
• Supporting 2 businesses with their purchase ledger using our Exchequer system and an Excel based system.
• Daily processing of invoices matched to a purchase order, ensuring prices match and goods are delivered in.
• Any queries to take advice from our purchase ledger lead on how to resolve.
• Looking after the companies Finance email inbox, separating invoices, statements, and queries, and scanned to the relevant places.
• Daily Post, sort and scan to the relevant places.
• Scanning of delivery notes.
• Adhoc tasks given from our Purchase Ledger lead.
• Adhoc tasks given from our Ledger Manager.
Full time 40 hours per week, Mon-Fri 8am – 5pm with one hour lunch break
Salary – upto £24k depending on experience
Holidays are 33 days per year which include Christmas and Bank Holidays.
