Production Operatives (Days or Evenings)

Our family-run, rapidly expanding client based near Wragby are seeking dedicated individuals to join their team in the production department. This is a fantastic opportunity for those who are looking to learn and develop. Whilst previous experience in a production environment would be beneficial, it is not a must-have as full training will be given. This is an ongoing temporary position with the view to go permanent for the right individuas

This role is a great fit for someone who is focused, organised, and pays close attention to detail. Key skills include good hand-eye coordination, practical problem-solving skills and basic IT and numerical literacy. You must have a good level of concentration and the ability to work in a focused environment for this position.

The standard working week is 8am to 4:30pm, Monday to Friday but our client is happy to make adjustments to shifts as needed for the right candidates.
Candidates must have access to their own transport as this is not accessible by public transport. Flexibility of occasional overtime and weekend work is a must. Due to the nature of the business, there are additional security requirements needed as a part of the recruitment process.
