Production Operative – Temp to Perm
Location: Outskirts of Lincoln
Pay Rate: £12.71 per hour, rising to £13.00 per hour upon successful completion of probation.
Hours: Monday to Friday, rotating shifts (including late shifts, no night shifts).
We are recruiting for a Production Operative to join a busy manufacturing environment on a temporary-to-permanent basis.
Requirements (Mandatory)
Own transport/car due to the location.
Previous production/manufacturing experience.
Available to start immediately.
Comfortable carrying out repetitive tasks.
Reliable, punctual, and committed with a strong work ethic.
