Our client is looking to recruit a part time member of the team on a permanent contract. The vacancy is for a Branch Customer Advisor based at one of their branches in Chesterfield, but you could also be asked at short notice to work occasionally from another branch nearby.
Hours of work- 17.5 hours per week
Working Pattern- Monday and Tuesday 9:15 – 1:45, Wednesday 8:45 -1:45 and Saturday 8:45 – 12:15
Starting Salary- £12,500 (rising to £13,025 after a 6-month probation)
As there will be travel involved to the other offices in the company you must have a valid UK driving licence and your own vehicle.
The purpose of this role is to deliver outstanding service over the counter, over the telephone and whilst processing and administering customer queries. Action customer administration activities efficiently and effectively, with great attention to detail completing all tasks to a high-quality standard. Complement the existing team by taking ownership for your development, bringing a positive can-do attitude and supporting other branches as needed.
To be considered for this role, you must have at least 2 years in a similar customer facing role with a passion for delivering high customer service. You will also have strong communication skills and excellent attention to detail.
