Part Time Fabricator

We are recruiting a Part Time Fabricator to join our client in Grantham on a 2-month Temporary basis. There is potential for the right candidate to return the same time next year for a 2-month period if available.

Day-to-day, you will be:
– Carrying out Welding and Metalwork fabrication duties
– Reading and working with technical engineering drawings
– Carrying out basic mechanical assembly work
– Keeping the work space clean and tidy
– Assisting with other duties as reasonably required
 
You’ll be the right person for the role if you have:
– A good ability to work within a team but also independently
– An ability to share your own ideas with the team
– A great attitude to work
– Experience in engineering or mechanical manufacturing sectors
– Excellent communication skills
– Manufacturing skills such as painting would be beneficial but not essential

Hours of work: Negotiable between Monday to Friday 8:30am-4:30pm. You could choose to work 3 long days or 5 short days
Rate of pay: £12.75 – £13.00 per hour depending on experience
