Painter/Decorator

We are looking for experienced Painter/Decorator to join our Client's team in Lincoln.

This role involves a variety of painting and decorating tasks on both internal and external projects.

The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, take pride in their work, and be able to deliver high-quality finishes consistently.
Be reliable and give always 100% of yourself.

Own transport required during first three months – if you live over 45 minutes commute, the company will contribute to your mileage.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
– Prepare surfaces for painting and decorating – sanding, filling, priming.
– Work on both commercial and domestic projects.
– Ensure all work is completed within the required timescale and up to a high standards.
– Maintain a clean and safe working environment.

REQUIREMENTS:
– Proven experience in painting and decorating – minimum 2 years.
– Good knowledge of materials, techniques and tools.
– Ability to work independently and as a part of a team.
– Attention to detail is a must to have.

Monday to Friday 8:30am – 4:30pm – 8 hour days with paid breaks.
