Order Fulfilment Administrator

We have the pleasure of recruiting for a Order Fulfilment Administrator to join our well- established and successful client based in the Newark area. 
This is a full time temp-to-perm role with a Salary of £26,500 (£13.58ph) though depending on circumstances, the client may consider straight to permanent. 
Once the initial period of 3 months is complete Hybrid working will be available, 3 days office, 2 days home.
You will be joining a small team but within a very busy company who have gone from strength to strength in the last year.
Duties include:-
Handle incoming phone calls and manage correspondence appropriately.
Speaking to new and potential customers via all communication channels to resolve any issues, manage their expectations and ensuring you are delivering excellent customer service. 
Processing customer orders
Working across systems to ensure accuracy of data and all processes are followed.  
Essential Skills & Experience:-
Proficient in Microsoft Office with strong emphasis in Excel.
High accuracy and attention to detail.
Superb organisational skills, and willing to work to deadlines.
Strong as an independent worker or as part of a team.
To have a “can do” attitude.
