We have a 9-12 month Maternity cover opportunity for someone to join a well established and busy company in an Administration role.
This role was created to provide extra support due to ongoing growth and we are looking for someone with a great attitude and a desire to be part of a team. We are happy to consider someone who has previous experience in a similar role or someone who is lesser experienced and wants to learn.
Role is fully office based, Monday to Friday 8.30-4.30. They are based South of Newark so own transport will be necessary.
Hourly rate is £12.25-£12.50 depending on experience.

In the position of Order & Despatch Administrator you will be responsible for the daily administration & processing of customer orders, and for the efficient booking in of orders to be delivered by courier.
Main Responsibilities & Tasks
Customer Orders
• To print all orders received via email inboxes.
• To reply to all orders received in line with company requirements.
• To marry up orders with quotes
• To ensure orders are processed correctly, have the correct drawings and are passed to production for manufacture.
• To send production drawings to customers for approval where required.
Deliveries/Booking In
• To ensure we have accurate delivery addresses for all orders.
• To book in all orders accurately for dispatch both UK and international each day
• To get quotes from couriers for delivery of orders
• To ensure that orders are tracked to ensure delivery on time and prevent delays.
• To advise customers when their order is ready for dispatch.
Successful candidates will:
• Excellent attention to detail
• Proficient with basic office software and email literate
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal
• Be comfortable dealing with changing demands, delivering on a variety of responsibilities, and have a flexible attitude.
