Marketing Executive

We have the pleasure in confirming a new permanent role for an experienced Marketing Executive for our client based between Newark and Lincoln.
This role is fully office based and working hours are Monday to Friday 9-5, slightly reduced hours could be considered for the right person. Due to location you will need to have own transport. Salary is £27-£29k depending on experience.
You will be joining a small team in this niche industry business and will be the only marketing person in the business so you should be confident in producing results. Ideally we are looking for someone with a couple of years experience who wants to take on more of a generalist marketing role but attitude and proven results are key.
Role Description
You will play a key role in how we attract, engage, and convert clients. This is a commercially focused position where output is measured by results, not activity.
Your responsibilities will include:
Running and improving paid campaigns across Meta and Google
Building and refining landing pages and lead funnels
Supporting CRM driven marketing through email, WhatsApp, and SMS
Creating content that reflects the quality of the brand and the clients we work with
Analysing performance and improving results over time
Working closely with the sales team to improve lead quality and conversion

About You
You should be able to demonstrate:
Experience with paid ads or digital campaigns
Understanding of funnels and lead generation
Confidence working with data and performance metrics
Strong written communication
Attention to detail and pride in your work
Valuable Experience
High value sectors
CRM systems such as Salesforce or Go High Level
Email marketing and automation
Exposure to high value or considered purchase journeys
Familiarity with AI tools within marketing workflows
