Machine/Production Operative

My client is looking for people to join their manufacturing company based on the outskirts of Newark. Looking for a machine/production operatives.
Looking for people with a good work ethic who want to be part of a team.
You will need to be happy working within a factory environment operating machinery or using basic hand tools, whilst maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.
Need to be physically fit due to manual labour of role i.e lifting product in and out of machine, moving and lifting product into assembly area. Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and deadlines. Follow health and safety guidelines diligently, reporting any hazards or issues immediately. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the work area to promote safety and efficiency.
They have a 3 shift rotation on 8hr shifts. Earlies, Nights and Afters. 6am-2pm, 2pm-10pm and 10pm-6am.
Starting rate of £13.40ph. Once permanent the company offer 25 days holiday plus BH.
