Internal Sales Executive

We are looking for an Internal Sales Executive for our client based in Lincoln on a full-time permanent basis.
 
Our client is a well-established company, who have been trading for decades providing quality service to production companies. Customer service is at the heart of everything they do, and this is something they pride themselves on.
 
We are looking for someone who has a can-do attitude, is friendly, personable and with a great initiative. Excellent customer service skills are a must for this role! The right person also needs to have a good head for numbers, who can quickly convert feet to metres etc. This is a team focused role; you will earn your commission based on how well you perform as a team so excellent teamwork is also required.
 
What our client is looking for:
– Sales experience (B2B ideally)
– Strong Commercial acumen
– Previous experience selling products (Not services)
– Confidently take and make phone calls and deal with customers effectively (This role is all about customer retention)
– Engineering background ideal but not essential
– A high level of numeracy and the ability to convert imperial to metric confidently and visa versa

This role be full time, Monday to Friday 8:30 to 5pm and will be paid at £30,000 to £35,000 depending on experience.
