Hygiene Operative

My Client in Lincoln is looking for a hygiene operative for their food factory Evenings Monday to Wednesday 5pm-8pm
The successful individual will work as part of a small team, lead by a Supervisor. Together, you will ensure the factory and facilities are cleaned to a high standard. You will be responsible for completion of all relevant checklists and adhere to the work schedule. It is vital to pay full attention to Health & Safety requirements. Use of chemicals and equipment in the correct manner, adhering to the risk assessment and method statements provided, ensuring safe systems of working at all times. Candidates must be reliable, efficient and confident at working within a team.
· Experience in working in the food industry would be an advantage.
· Industrial H&S knowledge and experience using Risk Assessments
· Good verbal and written English
· Comfortable working at height in a factory setting
· Ability to work using own initiative, applying knowledge and experience to different situations
· High personal standards and Excellent attention to detail
· Flexibility and ability to work well as part of a team
· Full induction & H&S Training uniform and PPE provided. You must have your own safety boots.
