HR Advisor

My Client is an established and reputable business in Sleaford are seeking an HR Advisor on a part-time, remote basis with client visits as and when required and team meetings to join their busy and growing team. Woking hours are 20 hours a week, working Wednesday, Thursday and Friday initially for induction and training purposes.

In return my client is offering an hourly pay rate of £16.00 – £18.00 per hour depending on experience and to be discussed at interview stage, Flexible working hours to accommodate your schedule, Private Medical Insurance, Enhanced holiday entitlement and the chance to develop professionally. As an HR Advisor, you will deliver professional, tailored HR support and advice to a portfolio of clients across a range of industries. Acting as a trusted partner, you will support our clients with their day-to-day HR needs, employee relations issues, compliance, and HR projects. This role requires a self-starter with excellent HR knowledge, client service skills, and the ability to adapt quickly to diverse business environments.

Key Responsibilities:-
• Manage a range of employee relations matters such as grievances, disciplinaries, absence, and performance cases.
• Keep up to date with employment law changes and communicate relevant updates to clients.
• Build strong working relationships and provide a responsive, high-quality consultancy service.
• Occasionally provide on-site support for client meetings or investigations when required.
• Develop and update employee handbooks, contracts, and company policies.
• Manage and organise HR-related documentation and records.
• Deliver HR audits and identify areas of risk or improvement.
• Assist in maintaining compliance with employment laws and best practices.
• Provide general administrative support within the HR team.

Qualifications:-
• Experience within HR, in-house or outsourced.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence and build credibility.
• Organised and adaptable with the ability to manage competing client needs.
• Comfortable working independently and using digital tools for remote support.
• Experience with HR software would be advantageous.
