Factory/Production Operative

Reflect Recruitment Group is currently recruiting a Factory / Production Operative for our client based in Sutton on Trent. This is a temporary to permanent role within a small, friendly workshop team where everyone works together and supports each other.
 
We’re looking for someone who is hands-on, reliable, and has a strong work ethic. You should be comfortable carrying out a variety of tasks in a workshop/production environment.
£12.71 per hour.
Working hours are Monday to Thursday 7am-4.30pm – FRIDAYS off, 38hr paid week.
Key Duties:
Packing products
Wrapping items
Heat sealing
Loading and unloading materials
Manual handling
Requirements:
Positive attitude and willingness to help the team
Good work ethic
Comfortable with manual work in a workshop setting
Progression opportunity: Forklift training may be provided in the future. A forklift licence is beneficial but not essential.
