Our client is seeking a Valuer to join their proficient and cohesive team on a full-time permanent basis with a very competitive package on offer. This includes bonus schemes, commission pay, performance bonuses along with company events, company pension, referral programme entwined with a basic salary ranging between £22,000 – £26,000 with an OTE of £45,000 – £50,000 (uncapped).
Dispositions Required:-
– As a self-motivated and driven individual you'll constantly be placing yourself in the clients shoes, to ensure that the clients needs are met.
– You'll be a superb listener and have a positive mindset/attitude.
– Posses a commercial mind, that is results focused to ensure sales opportunities are created, secured and completed.
– Have experience in selling both face-to-face and over the phone.
– A professional individual who takes pride in what they do and how they represent their company.
A day in a life of you role…
– You'll be presenting and marketing the company to gain new business by conducting property appraisals in a professional and informative manner.
– Ensuring all newly won appraisals are released to the market in the best possible way in a creatively bespoke manner that will benefit the clients sale.
– Creating and managing a positive experience from the initial communications of enquiry through to completion.
– Compiling all appropriate documentation required by legislation.
– Engaging with prospective clients in an informative, courteous and professional manner ensuring they are aware of the market and ultimately providing the object – a positive house move.

The role is Monday to Friday 08:30 – 18:00 with an alternate Saturday 09:00 – 16:00.
