My client, is seeking the highest of talent to join his award-winning team as their Sales Property Valuer. This role is perfectly suited for self-motivated Sales Negotiator, Senior Sales Negotiator, Valuer, Branch Manager or similar to expand their career and opportunities with a fast paced, forward thinking Estate Agency who pride themselves as market leading property professionals (having won many awards to!) for their outstanding services to their clients; Vendors and Buyers alike.

In return my client is offering a competitive basic salary with an uncapped commission structure (yes that's right!) based on personal commission, mortgages and conveyancing. That in mind, your OTE could realistically range from £40,000 – £60,000. Continuous professional development and training to further your career within the sector. My client absolutely recognises and rewards achievements! The package also entails:-
• Quarterly and annual reviews for personal development.
• Regular incentive reviews for top performers including; car allowances, company car, mobile phone allowance, commissions for listings and sales & review bonuses.
Other benefits also include, company events, employee discount and referral programmes.

So what is my client looking for in their new valuer? The successful candidate must show the following skillset:-

• A self-motivated driven individual.
• Experience within a sales and estate agency environment. Full training and support will be given from day one.
• A professional attitude that takes pride in their work and the service they provide. A real company champion!
• A great listener & positive mindset.
• Commercially minded individual that is results driven with the ability to create sales opportunities and hold deals together.
• A confident communicator, with experience of consultative selling both in person and over the telephone.

You'll also have the natural ability to:-
• Present and market the company and yourself in the best possible light to win new business.
• Conducting professional and informative property appraisal.
• Create bespoke and beneficial marketing proposals to present a home in the best possible way.
• Managing the moving process from initial appraisal through to completion, ensuring a positive experience at all times.
• Compiling all appropriate documentation required by legislation for property sales & lettings.
• Communicating and prospecting with prospective clients in an informative and professional manner.
• Maintain Brand Standards at all times.

This role is immediately available for the right candidate, and is offered on a full-time permanent basis; Monday – Friday and some weekend availability is sought.
