We are looking for a Customer Service & Sales Assistant for our client based in Gainsborough on a part time permanent basis.
Our client is one of few businesses in the UK that specialises in manufacturing and designing automotive parts to be distributed worldwide. They have a loyal customer base of hobbyists located across the world.
We are looking for someone to be flexible around our client’s needs (this is essential). The role will be based over 2 working days a week, but you may be required to work additional days, this will vary depending on the business’s needs.
Day to day you will be assisting customers who have either already purchased from our client or are actively looking to purchase. You will not be cold calling or pushing hard sales rather assisting the customers and their needs. You will be ensuring the customers experience goes smoothly, from purchase to delivery, answering any questions and occasionally problem solving should the rare occasion arrive.
What our client is looking for:
– Previous experience in customer service
– Confidently take and make phone calls
– Has basic IT skills to work from the various ordering platforms
– Ability to work well in a team
– Committed and eager to learn

This role will be 15 hours a week but could be more depending on the business needs. The role will be paid at £12.70 an hour starting wage.
