We are recruiting a Customer Service Advisor to join our client in Lincoln on a Full Time, Permanent basis.

Day-to-day, you will be:
– Handling any queries, by incoming telephone calls or emails, from customers, in-line with the company's requirements and timeframes;
– Making outbound calls where required, providing excellent customer service skills;
– Dealing with customer service 'tickets' on a project management basis and liaising with other departments until resolved;
– Using the company CRM system to ensure all communications with customers are noted;
– Providing Database Administration support where required on the database, and using a range of Microsoft Office products;
– Updating customer records within the database;
– Supporting with General Administration tasks as usual;
– And any other duties as necessary within the scope of the role and in-line with the company's requirements.

The salary offered is £24,375 per year.
Working hours will be 8:00am-4:00pm (37.5hrs per week).
