We are recruiting for a Customer Engagement Specialist to join our well established client who are based in Mansfield.
This is a full time permanent role. Working schedule will be Monday-Friday 8:45am-4:45pm.
Salary is £25,000, increasing to £26,050 upon successful completion of 6 month probationary period.
You will play a pivotal role in the success of the savings team, This is not a contact centre environment; instead, you will focus on delivering exceptional service through meaningful interactions that build loyalty and trust.
Duties will include but not limited to:
Answer inbound calls for customers regarding new business, account queries and issue resolution.
Make outbound calls to reassure and update customers on the progress of their account opening.
Carry out full security checks on all calls and ensure safe data handling in line with the company policy.
Provide support with customer administration and account management.
Deliver empathetic, clear and professional communication to strengthen customer relationships.
Remain calm, resourceful and solution-focused when handling challenging or complex calls.
