Concrete Production Operative

We are currently recruiting for a Concrete Production Operative to join a busy manufacturing operation based in Tuxford. Immediate start available! Due to location, successful applicant must be able to drive. 
The successful candidate will work as part of a production team manufacturing large precast concrete components used within specialist construction and storage projects.
This is a hands-on role suited to someone who is comfortable working in an industrial environment and isn’t afraid of physical work.
Key Responsibilities
Assisting with the production of precast concrete components
Preparing and handling materials as part of the manufacturing process
Working with moulds, concrete and associated production equipment
Moving materials and finished products around the site
Keeping the production and yard areas clean, tidy and organised
Following site health & safety procedures at all times
Working effectively as part of a team to meet production requirements
Carrying out other general manufacturing and yard duties as required
 
If you have  previous experience working in a manufacturing, construction, concrete or industrial environment it is desirable but not essential.
Requirements:
Be physically fit and comfortable with manual work
Have a good attitude towards work and be reliable
Be able to follow instructions and work safely
Be comfortable working outdoors and in a busy industrial environment

Previous experience within concrete production, precast manufacturing, construction, labouring or general industrial work would be advantageous.
Working Hours & Pay
Monday – Friday: 07:00 – 15:30
£13.00 per hour
This is an excellent opportunity to secure regular Monday-to-Friday work on a temporary to permanent basis with a well-established specialist manufacturing business in the Tuxford area.
