C1 / 7.5T Driver

We are recruiting for Vehicle Transporter Drivers/C1/7.5T HGV Drivers for a client on the outskirts of Newark-on-Trent.
This role is permanent.
£35,000-£40,000 annual salary – paid weekly
The working day for this Vehicle Transporter HGV Driver role, is around 12 hours long – with early starts.
Monday-Friday, with the rare occasion of Saturday working – if required.
28 Days Holiday – No Bank Holidays worked.
In order to be a successful Vehicle Transporter Driver – you will require:
Valid C1 License and Training – Previously known as Class 3
Experience driving HGV vehicles
A willingness to start early
A good attitude to driving – abiding by laws on the road
Although full training is provided, desirable experience includes:
Loading of cars onto HGV vehicles
Dealer Transfers
Covered Transport
Movement of valuable goods
