Our client is seeking a reliable and proactive Administrator/Scheduler to join their team during a busy seasonal period on temporary contract basis. This is a short-term contract role suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
You will be the key point of contact for customers, handling scheduling calls and coordinating delivery appointments. Your main responsibility will be making outbound calls to customers to confirm delivery availability and book delivery slots that suit their needs.
Pay Rate: £12.21 per hour
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Contract Duration: 4–6 weeks
Start Date: 1st Week of August
Due to the location of the company own transport would be preferable.
Candidate Requirements:
– Excellent telephone manner and communication skills
– Confident in handling calls and speaking with customers professionally
– Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
– Ability to stay calm, focused, and efficient in a high-pressure, busy environment
– Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
-Previous administrative or scheduling experience is beneficial but not essential

Please note due to the peak period at our client’s company, no holidays will be permitted during the contract duration.
