Administration Assistant – Gainsborough (Temporary Role)
Pay rate: £13.50 per hour
Hours: Monday–Thursday 9:00am–5:00pm, Friday 9:00am–4:00pm (½ hour lunch)

We’re currently seeking an experienced Administration Assistant to join our client’s team in Gainsborough on a temporary basis. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong administrative skills and a background in office support who enjoys working in a varied, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide general office administration and clerical support
Manage incoming calls and reception duties, ensuring excellent customer service
Assist with data entry, filing, and document management
Use Sage 50 Accounts for financial administration (experience preferred)
Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence and emails
Skills & Experience Required:
Previous experience in an office administration role
Experience in Sage 50 Accounts preferred
Knowledge of payroll and invoicing processes (an advantage)
Confident telephone manner and good interpersonal skills
Strong attention to detail and organisational ability
Reliable, proactive, and a team player
