My Client between Sleaford and Lincoln is looking for an Accounts Assistant. They are a rapidly growing business and you will be working in a fast paced environment with both members of the public and existing customers. You will have amazing attention to detail and a willing can do attitude . Be able to communicate verbally and in writing with customers/suppliers and relevant staff as necessary. To maintain customer confidence and ensure enquiries are dealt with correctly and efficiently. Wish to pursue personal development of skills and knowledge necessary for the effective performance of the role. you will also need to be confident in
• Processing supplier invoices
• Creating customer invoices
• Supplier statement reconciliation
• Sending out customer statements
• Chasing aged debt
• Bank reconciliation
• Admin duties including filing, answering the telephone and other ad-hoc duties to support the team when needed.
Due to the location you must have own transport and a current driving license.
