Accounts Administrator

My client is looking for a Part-Time Accounts & Office Administrator (Maternity Cover) based in Newark.  
Start Date: Immediate start date 
End Date: Thursday, 26th March 2026

Pay: £13.60 per hour
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:30am – 2:30pm

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Accounts & Office Administrator to cover a maternity leave. The successful candidate will play a vital role in the day-to-day running of our office, contributing to both financial and administrative functions. A strong background in accounting systems (particularly Sage) and MS Office is essential, as we require someone who can hit the ground running with minimal training.
Accounts / Data Entry:
Inputting timesheets, purchase ledger, and sales ledger data into Sage
Receptionist & Admin Duties:
Answering phones, ordering stationery, managing physical and electronic filing systems
Raising purchase orders in Sage, ordering machine parts/spares, liaising with suppliers and sourcing quotes
