The Role
As the Accounts & Administration Assistant, you’ll be at the heart of the business, supporting both financial and administrative operations. This is a varied, responsible position suited to someone who enjoys juggling tasks, staying organised, and taking ownership.

Flexible working hours
3 days per week (to be agreed – not Fridays)
9:00am – 4:00pm with a 30-minute lunch break

Key Responsibilities
Your duties will include (but won’t be limited to):
Invoicing and bank reconciliations
Accounts administration (Xero experience advantageous)
Diary management using Outlook and actioning reminders
Arranging appointments and inspections with clients and contractors
Telephone and email handling
Stock checks and ordering materials and stationery
Arranging and attending annual client site visits (transport provided)
Maintaining compliance with ISO45001
Filing, deliveries, and general office administration
Keeping the office clean, tidy, and well-organised
About You
Confident working under pressure with excellent organisational skills
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office 365, particularly Excel and Word
Comfortable managing multiple tasks and priorities
Professional, reliable, and proactive
Happy to be part of a small team where flexibility and teamwork are key
