We are recruiting for a Customer Account Support Assistant to join our clients leading company in their field on the outskirts of Nottingham.
The hours will be Monday – Friday 8:30am-5pm with a half an hour lunch break with a salary of £22,000-£28,500 DOE plus bonus.
This is a full time office based position. You will play a crucial role being part of the Account Management team, you will be at the forefront of managing their customers daily waste and environmental needs so having excellent communication, administration skills previous experience in a Customer Service role is essential.
Due to their location, driving and own transport is essential.
Duties may include but not limited to:
-Build relationships with customers and waste partners, answering queries and resolving issues ensuring clear and concise communication via telephone or email.
-Use initiative as well as team support to seek solutions to customer queries and issues.
-Handle customer bookings and requests using our bespoke waste management system ensuring all are processed in a timely manner.
-Maintain accurate records of all incoming calls for reference and documentation purposes.
-Ensure all waste partner documentation is up to date and compliant with regulations and filed on our bespoke database.
-Generate custom reports using Microsoft Office software as needed.
-Ensure all data on our IT systems is accurate, complete and up to date.
The ideal candidate must have a supportive attitude towards team members and willingness to take on additional tasks during busy periods with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
