Factory Assembler

Assembly Operative – Immediate Start – Sutton on Trent
Pay: £12.71 per hour + Daily Performance-Related Bonus
Hours: Monday to Friday, 06:00 – 16:00

Reflect Recruitment Group are currently recruiting for reliable and hardworking Assembly Operatives to join a busy and fast-paced manufacturing environment.
In addition to the hourly rate of £12.71, employees can earn a daily performance-related bonus, with many currently achieving an additional £70–£80 per week based on productivity.
Key Responsibilities
Assemble products and components to required specifications and quality standards.
Operate hand tools, power tools and powered nail guns safely and efficiently.
Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality expectations.
Work towards daily production targets while maintaining high standards.
Maintain a clean, safe and organised working environment.
Work closely with colleagues and supervisors to ensure production runs smoothly.
Report any equipment faults or safety concerns promptly.
What We’re Looking For
Previous experience using power tools is desirable, particularly in a manufacturing, assembly or construction environment.
Experience using powered nail guns would be advantageous.
Basic mechanical knowledge and practical assembly skills.
Good attention to detail and a strong work ethic.
Ability to work efficiently in a physically demanding environment.
Reliable, punctual and comfortable working as part of a team.
Previous assembly experience is desirable, although training will be provided.
