We are searching for an organised, proactive and confident Subcontractor Coordinator to join a well-established and growing company based near Sleaford.
With multiple projects taking place across the UK, this is a fantastic opportunity to become a key member of a busy contracts team — coordinating subcontractors, keeping projects moving and making sure the right people are in the right place at the right time.

The Role
As Subcontractor Coordinator, you will play a vital role in the successful planning and delivery of company projects.
Working closely with site teams, subcontractors and management, you will coordinate works across multiple live projects and help ensure everything runs smoothly, efficiently and to schedule.
Your responsibilities will include:
– Planning, ordering, coordinating and scheduling subcontractors across multiple live projects
– Acting as the key point of contact between site teams, subcontractors and management
– Ensuring subcontractor documentation is accurate and up to date, including RAMS, insurance and certifications
– Tracking subcontractor availability, progress and performance
– Assisting with onboarding new subcontractors and maintaining approved supplier lists.
– Supporting the Contract Coordinator with labour planning and short-term programming
– Responding quickly to changes on site and resolving scheduling conflicts
– Maintaining accurate records, reports and project information
– Occasional travel may be required
The Ideal candidate.
Will be someone who is highly organised, reliable and proactive, with the confidence to communicate with people at all levels.
You must have:
– Excellent organisational and time-management skills
– Strong written and verbal communication skills
– A confident and professional telephone manner
– The ability to remain calm and effective in a busy environment
– Flexibility and the ability to move quickly between competing priorities
– Confidence using Microsoft Office and other computer systems
– The initiative to work independently and take ownership of your responsibilities
– A reliable, positive and proactive approach
Construction experience is desirable, but not essential. Full training will be provided, making this an excellent opportunity for someone with strong coordination, administration or scheduling experience who is looking to build a career within the construction industry.
