This is an excellent opportunity to join our established Personal & Business Dispute Resolution (PBDR) team, where you’ll gain exposure to a broad range of high-quality litigation matters while developing your expertise in a collaborative and forward-thinking environment.
The Role
Working closely with experienced colleagues, you’ll manage your own diverse caseload and play an integral role in delivering exceptional legal services to both individual and business clients.
Your work will include a variety of civil litigation matters, including:
– Commercial and Residential Landlord & Tenant disputes
– Consumer Law
– Boundary Disputes
– Contentious Probate
– A broad range of general civil litigation matters

Key Responsibilities
Will include:
– Managing a varied caseload of dispute resolution matters from instruction through to conclusion.
– Developing new business opportunities while providing outstanding service to existing clients.
– Supporting the continued growth of the Personal & Business Dispute Resolution Department.
– Building strong relationships and maximising cross-referral opportunities across the firm.
– Achieving agreed fee income targets and business objectives.
– Keeping up to date with legal developments and maintaining professional knowledge.
– Ensuring effective financial management, including billing, cash flow and monies on account.
– Recording time accurately and maintaining excellent file management.
– Delivering work to the highest professional standards while adhering to the firm’s quality and risk management procedures.
The ideal candidate:
We are searching for someone who is motivated, organised and eager to develop their career within a thriving litigation team.
You must:
– Be a Qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive status.
– Have up to 3 years’ post-qualification experience (including Newly Qualified candidates).
– Be experienced within Dispute Resolution.
– Have strong IT skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel.
– Possess excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
– Have a keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
– Have outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
– Show professionalism, discretion and the ability to handle confidential information with diplomacy.
Desirable Skills
It would be advantageous if you also have:
– Experience using legal case management systems.
– Knowledge of the Solicitors Accounts Rules and Money Laundering Regulations.
– Previous experience using SOS case management software.
