Front of House Supervisor (Temporary)

We are recruiting a Front of House Supervisor to join our client on the outskirts of Newark on a short term Temporary basis with the potential of longer-term work. 
 
You will be joining the small team at an establishment near Newark offering an excellent food service in a tranquil environment. The establishment recently achieved a 5* rating from the Food Standards Agency.
 
Day-to-day, you will be overseeing the small team of Waiting and Front of House Staff, ensuring that food orders are being passed to the kitchen in a streamlined and staggered process, ensuring guests are happy and constructively helping the junior staff with any feedback and points of improvement as necessary. You will also be ensuring drink orders are passed over to, and processed by the Bar team and delivered to the tables.
 
You will be right for the team if you have a warm but professional personality, 2-3 years of Supervisor experience in a Restaurant/Pub setting or perhaps you are a very experienced Waiting Staff member and ready to take the step up.
 
Working hours are Friday evenings and Saturday and Sunday from early afternoon into the evening.
Rate of pay £15.00 per hour.
A Driving Licence and own transport are essential for this role – there are no public transport options available to reach the location of work.
