Hygiene Operative (5:00pm-1:00am)

Our client requires a Hygiene Operative with an immediate start, at their site in Long Clawson near Melton Mowbray. Your own transport is essential due to location and hours of work.
Your main responsibilities will entail carrying out scheduled cleaning tasks including the deep cleaning of production equipment and production lines with the use of chemicals and hygiene products. This role is perfectly suited for someone who is reliable, hard-working, and has some prior experience working in a similar role would be beneficial but training is provided. This role is physical and will consist of lifting, bending and carrying.
You will be: 
Stripping and cleaning machinery.
Using different chemicals for the cleaning process.
Some areas can be physically demanding i.e. washroom , stripping belts and cleaning under gantries.
High level cleaning such as ceilings, walls and floors .
Supporting in the changing of airsocks .
Weekend working is a requirement.
Hours of work are Monday – Friday 17:00 – 01:00 with an hourly rate of £15.19  and over-time at £18.99.  Weekend working will be on a rota basis and if you work a Saturday the following week it would be a Sunday.
This role is ongoing and potentially even into a permanent contract for the right person.
