Our client is one of Europe’s leading specialists in refurbished and remanufactured laptops, printers, and ink solutions. Due to continued growth they are now looking to strengthen their commercial team with the addition of an Internal Business Development Executive.
The Role:
As an Internal Business Development Executive, you will aid in driving business growth by identifying new opportunities, engaging with potential customers, and developing long-term client relationships.
Working with resellers, schools, and businesses across the UK, you will be responsible for generating leads, nurturing prospects, and supporting the wider sales strategy.
Duties include: -
– Identifying and generating new business opportunities through outbound calls, emails, and networking activities.
– Building and developing strong relationships with prospective and existing customers.
– Researching target markets and identifying potential clients.
– Following up leads and nurturing opportunities through the sales pipeline.
– Maintaining accurate customer records within the CRM system.
– Collaborating with the sales and marketing teams to support campaigns and business initiatives.
– Contributing to the continued growth and success of the refurbished technology division.
The Ideal candidate will have: -
– Previous experience in business development, sales or telesales.
– Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
– Strong organisational skills with great attention to detail.
– A proactive, self-motivated approach and a desire to achieve results.
– Confidence when speaking with customers and prospects.
– Experience using CRM systems would be beneficial.
– The ability to work independently when required.
