My client is looking for a super all round administrator to join their team in the centre of Lincoln. The role involves handling various clerical tasks and ensuring the smooth running of the office within a production environment.
This role will be full time based in the office, Monday to Friday on a temporary basis with opportunity for it to become permanent following completion of a successful first 3 months on a temporary basis.
Duties:
– Perform general clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and scanning
– Maintain an organised office environment by managing paperwork and electronic files
– Computerise data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
– Assist in administrative tasks including scheduling appointments, managing emails, and handling phone calls
– Proficiently use office software for documentation and communication
– Uphold office protocols and provide excellent phone etiquette when interacting with clients
-Confidently raise invoices and quotes with a great attention to detail
Requirements:
– Proven experience in an administrative role with strong organisational skills
– Proficiency in computerised data entry and general administrative duties
– Familiarity with office software applications
– Excellent phone manner
– Previous experience raising invoices and quotes
– Ensuring you are a fast learner and computer literate
