My client is searching for a driven and experienced Property Consultant – Lettings to join a respected, market-leading brand with an expanding portfolio and exciting growth plans. You will take ownership of an established and growing residential lettings portfolio while working alongside a supportive and experienced property management team. You will: -
–          Manage a residential lettings and property management portfolio
–          Ensure compliance with current lettings legislation and company procedures
–          Coordinate maintenance issues and liaise with contractors for swift resolutions
–          Manage rent collection, arrears, and rent reviews
–          Oversee annual safety certificates and statutory obligations
–          Build strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and contractors
–          Identify opportunities to grow the business through cross-selling
–          Deliver excellent customer service while working towards business targets
The ideal candidate will: -
–          Have a minimum 2 years’ experience in lettings and/or property management
–          Possess a strong knowledge of current lettings legislation
–          Be target-driven with a proven track record of success
–          Have excellent communication and organisational skills
–          Remain professional, customer-focused, and have a proactive approach
–          Be able to work effectively under pressure
–          Have a Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle

Working Hours
Monday – Thursday: 8:30am – 6:00pm
Friday: 8:30am – 5:30pm
Alternate Saturdays: 9:00am – 4:00pm
