Conveyancing Assistant

We are recruiting for a Conveyancing Assistant for our client on a full time permanent basis.

Day to day, you’ll support the smooth and accurate progression of property transactions, helping to keep everything on track while ensuring clients receive a high standard of service and the wider team operates efficiently. Your responsibilities will include supporting the team with administrative and legal tasks related to residential property sales and purchases, preparing legal documents and correspondence, liaising with clients, solicitors, lenders and other third parties, and maintaining accurate records while delivering a consistently high level of client care.
 
What our client is looking for:
 
A minimum of 3 years’ experience working as a Conveyancing Assistant or Conveyancing Paralegal

A strong understanding of compliance requirements and the ability to work in line with regulatory standards

Hands on experience issuing sale contracts, handling enquiries, managing mortgage redemptions, and supporting residential transactions from instruction through to post completion

Confidence in liaising effectively with clients, estate agents, lenders, solicitors and other third parties involved in the conveyancing process

Working knowledge of case management systems, along with familiarity using the Land Registry portal, SDLT submission systems, and lender portals
