The Opportunity: -
We’re looking for a driven, commercially minded professional to take ownership of valuations, win new business, and deliver outstanding client experiences from instruction through to completion.
 
What’s in It for You: -
–          Basic Salary: £24,000 – £26,000
–          OTE: £45,000 – £50,000 (UNCAPPED!)
–          Personal commission across sales, lettings, mortgages & conveyancing

You will: -
–          Conduct professional, persuasive property valuations to win new instructions
–          Launch properties to market using creative, bespoke marketing strategies
–          Build strong relationships and guide clients through their entire property journey
–          Deliver exceptional service from initial enquiry to completion
–          Ensure all compliance and documentation meets industry regulations
 
The ideal candidate will: -
–          Have a proven experience as a Senior Sales Negotiator or Valuer
–          A self-motivated, target-driven mindset with a passion for property
–          Strong communication skills – a great listener with a positive attitude
–          Commercial awareness and a results-focused approach
–          Confidence selling both face-to-face and over the phone
–          Professional, polished, and proud of the service you deliver
–          Full UK Driving Licence (essential)
 
Working Hours: -
–          Monday to Friday: 08:30 – 18:00
–          Alternate Saturdays: 09:00 – 16:00
