Service Advisor

Service Advisor  Grantham.
Basic Salary £30,151 + Uncapped Bonus
Permanent | Full-Time | 45 hours per week (includes Saturday mornings on a rota basis)

We’re looking for a friendly, customer-focused Service Advisor who thrives on delivering outstanding experiences and building lasting relationships.
 
The Role
 
As a Service Advisor, you’ll be the vital link between our customers and the workshop — ensuring every interaction is smooth, professional, and memorable.
You will:
Welcome customers front of house with warmth and professionalism
Manage bookings from initial enquiry through to vehicle collection
Keep customers fully informed throughout the service and repair process
Proactively follow up to maintain strong relationships and high satisfaction
Complete administrative tasks accurately and efficiently
Provide trusted advice on maintenance, repairs, and service plans
Support customers with future vehicle care needs
You’ll play a key role in creating a seamless journey for every customer, every time.
 
The Ideal Candidate will
Have experience in customer service (automotive background desirable but not essential)
Be highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage your own workload
Communicate confidently and professionally
Remain calm under pressure and handle issues with care
Enjoy working as part of a team
Takes genuine pride in delivering exceptional customer experiences
