Production Operatives
25 minutes North East of Lincoln City Centre
£12.60 per hour
Monday to Friday – Rotating Shifts
Our client is seeking dedicated Production Operatives to join their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are focused, organised, and detail-oriented.


Important Requirements
Previous production experience is essential
Own car is required due to the location (25 minutes North East of Lincoln City Centre)
Must be able to commit to both shifts
Safety boots required


Working Hours (Rotating Shifts)
8:00am – 4:30pm
OR
4:00pm – 12:00am
(8 hours fully paid on PM shift)
You must be flexible and able to work both shifts to be considered.


Key Skills & Attributes
Good hand-eye coordination
Practical problem-solving skills
Basic IT literacy
Basic numerical skills
Strong attention to detail
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
